  • Orders that are already in transit or shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation
  • Our team will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If the cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer
