1. Return Eligibility
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- It must include all original packaging and tags.
- You must provide proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process:

- Include your order number and the reason for the return
- We will respond with return instructions and the appropriate return address
Note: Do not return items without contacting us first.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your card issuer or bank.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
- Items that have been used or worn
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
- Gift cards or final sale items (if applicable)
