Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • It must include all original packaging and tags.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt).

2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  • Include your order number and the reason for the return
  • We will respond with return instructions and the appropriate return address

Note: Do not return items without contacting us first.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your card issuer or bank.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Items that have been used or worn
  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
  • Gift cards or final sale items (if applicable)
